Well explained article. There are some who hates using PHP to develop sites. For them learning PHP combining it with database apps, is only a waste of time. As they been saying, "Why use PHP if there are apps ready made with simple installations only needed, like Joomla, drupal, etc..." But they miss the thing that building a website from scratch using PHP/MySQL or any other database apps will increase a more secure and you alone can detect the flaws for you are the one who started the coding. And one thing also, learning PHP from scratch will also increase the adoptation of some ready made apps(Joomla, Drupal, wordpress..etc..). advantage to you is that you can edit existing codes or update it into more advance and secure one. Learning PHP is also a good start for any other languages especially on query one. As a matter of fact some languages or should i say many languages has the same basic syntaxes and forms...

Exactly, most PHP haters just complain because they are using PHP against their will, so everything seems wrong for them. They are the ones that need to change their attitude to PHP, or else having to deal with PHP will always be a pain for them.

Yes sir, I agree...

The fact is that they are just lazy, because of some ready made apps..
I'm not saying that its not good on having the readymade apps, but my point is, try to learn the basic of them, and to know the background of them. in case of something might happen or getting an error then theirselves alone can detect what's happening and fixed them without pain...
:)

Anyway, thanks for the nice and informative article sir...
