There is MS Access support in PHP under Linux using ODBC driver for instance from EasySoft.
You need to compile PHP ODBC driver on Linux.

I need to insert and update the data in the table inside the mdb file in linux using unixODBC. Is it possible to do that.

Using ODBC Microsoft Access on Linux does not require any Windows access.
