PHP Server and Browser Cache: Cache pages on the server and on the browser side

This class can cache pages on the server and on the browser side.

It can capture the output of a page and save it on cache files, so the cached data can be served next time the page is accessed before the cache expiry time is reached.

The class can also send HTTP response headers to tell the browser to cache the served pages and avoid sending server requests for that page again until the cache expires.
